Code of Conduct for Students

  • All students must attend classes on the opening day after each vacation. Those who absent themselves without leave note will be fined.
  • Children should always be clean and neatly dressed. The uniform is to be worn on all school days and all functions.
  • Students are not allowed to bring to school - any cash, costly gold items, electronic gadgets or literature which may be considered objectionable. If any student is found in possession of any such items, they will be confiscated and not returned.
  • Students are forbidden from bringing crackers, explosives and other dangerous material to school.
  • Students are responsible for their own belongings. The name, class and required particulars of the pupil should be clearly marked on all belongings.
  • All the students must be in their seats before the teacher enters the class. They must obey class prefects when the teacher is not in the class.
  • Students should take care of school property. They should not write or scratch on the desks, chairs, walls or doors of the school, nor should they damage property belonging to others. Any damage done to the school property must be reported immediately and remedied by the offender. The decision of the Principal will be final in this matter.
  • Shouting and whistling is not allowed in the school premises. While shifting from one class to another students must walk silently and in a line.
  • When the school is in session the students are strictly forbidden to leave the class without the teachers permission or a class outpass.
  • Students are not allowed to receive visitors or phone calls during school hours except incase of an emergency. No short leave from school shall be granted without an authorisation letter from the parents.
  • All students must speak in English in the school premises.
  • All students are responsible for their behaviour inside or outside the class.
  • Bullying, use of foul language, and stealing are punishable offences, and may result in rustication of the student concerned.
  • A student who uses unfair means during tests will be awarded zero in that subject. Repetition of the same offence will result in his/her dismissal. Any student who is found tampering with marks in the Report Card and other School Certificates will be asked to leave the School.
  • Parent-Teacher meetings are arranged to enable the parents to meet the teachers of their ward and to know their day to day progress and problems. Parents are permitted to contact the teachers at prescribed hours and days only. Meeting time 2.30pm. - 3.15pm.
  • Clarification if any regarding school matters should be brought to the direct notice of the Principal. Any information about school will not be entertained by the staff.
